Wir suchen zur sofortigen Festanstellung eine/-n Sachbearbeiter für den Kundendienst (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Termingerechte Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Bestell- und Angebotswesen
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Kunden- und Rahmenvereinbarungen
  • telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Technikerdisposition

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Interesse, Motivation, Eigeninitiative und technisches Grundverständnis
  • Selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten setzen wir voraus
  • sicher im Umgang mit PC und Anwenderprogrammen
