Wir sind ein engagiertes Sanitätshaus mit über 60 motivierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen und suchen Verstärkung als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d). In dieser Position koordinierst du interne Abläufe, bearbeitest Kundenanfragen sowie Abrechnungen und Genehmigungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere administrativen Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren.

### Aufgaben

  • Kompetente telefonische Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden zu Hilfsmitteln, Verordnungen und Abrechnungsfragen
  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Weiterverarbeitung von Rezepten im Abrechnungssystem
  • Eigenständige Abrechnung mit Kostenträgern unter Berücksichtigung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Kostenvoranschlägen und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Sorgfältige Nachbearbeitung sowie Überwachung von Genehmigungsprozessen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Krankenkassen, Ärztinnen, Ärzte sowie Kundinnen und Kunden bei Rückfragen und Abstimmungen

### Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder im Abrechnungsbereich
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit Abrechnungssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, kollegiale Teamorientierung und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sehr sorgfältige, detailorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
