Deine Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Kundenaufträgen von der Angebots- bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Terminplanung und Lieferkoordination zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Auftragsdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Materialbestellung
  • Nach Einarbeitung Kundenbetreuung in der Ausstellung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann-/frau o.Ä.)
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis ist zwingend erforderlich – gerne aus dem Bereich Bauelemente und/oder Möbel
