Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11633

AUFGABEN

  • Bearbeitung von HR-Businessanfragen und Unterstützung von Führungskräften entlang des Employee Lifecycles
  • Administrative und operative Steuerung von Employee-Relations-Fällen, insbesondere Trennungs- und Austrittsprozessen
  • Aufsetzen, Prüfen und Nachhalten arbeitsrechtlicher Dokumente wie Aufhebungs- und Änderungsvereinbarungen nach Vorgabe
  • Durchführung und Plausibilisierung von Abfindungs- bzw. Severance-Berechnungen nach definierten Modellen
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung von Mitarbeiterdaten in SAP HCM und/oder SuccessFactors
  • Erstellung von HR-Reportings, Auswertungen und Statusübersichten für Management, HRBP und Projektverantwortliche
  • Mitwirkung bei Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen inkl. Dokumentation, Fristenmanagement und Nachverfolgung

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld, z.B. People Advisory, HR Administration oder Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Praxis in der Erstellung von Verträgen, Vertragsänderungen und arbeitsrechtlicher Korrespondenz
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln, Auswertungen)
  • Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht sowie in HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycles
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
