  • Du erfasst und bearbeitest Kundenaufträge und überwachst deren Termine sowie die weitere Nachverfolgung

  • Du koordinierst, organisierst und betreust unsere Vorführmaschinen
  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Du erstellst Auswertungen, Reportings und Berichte
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden, Außendienst und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung mit
  • Du hast eine gute Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest Dich schnell und strukturiert in neue Aufgabenbereiche ein
  • Du verfügst über gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office, Windows und ERP-Systemen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig.
  • Du bist teamfähig und zeichnest Dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit und arbeitest zuverlässig
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und gerne und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Vertriebspartnern und Kollegen
