Für ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen in Siegburg suchen wir eine/n Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Auswertung und E-Commerce-Controlling mit SAP-Kenntnissen.

Ihre Aufgaben

E-Commerce und Controlling

  • Auswertung von Verkaufszahlen verschiedener E-Commerce-Plattformen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Auswertungen
  • Datenabgleich zwischen E-Commerce-Portalen und SAP
  • Unterstützung bei Liquiditätsplanung und Ermittlung des monatlichen Liquiditätsbedarfs
  • Erstellung von Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen und Controlling-Auswertungen

Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung

  • Bearbeitung spezieller Rechnungen, insbesondere Anlagen- und Influencer-Rechnungen
  • Prüfung und Abstimmung relevanter Buchhaltungsdaten

Personaladministration

  • Pflege von Urlaubslisten und Excel-Übersichten
  • Unterstützung bei Neueinstellungen und Schnittstelle zum Lohnsteuerbüro
  • Allgemeine administrative und kaufmännische Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, insbesondere SVERWEIS/XVERWEIS und WENN-Funktionen
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Controlling, Buchhaltung oder E-Commerce
