Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unser Dispo-Team und sorgst dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft alles rundläuft. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

  • Aufträge in unserer Speditionssoftware erfassen und bearbeiten
  • Excel-Listen pflegen und aktualisieren
  • Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Kollegen rund um unsere Transporte
  • Lieferpapiere kontrollieren, dokumentieren und bearbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Termine koordinieren und im Blick behalten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung (Transport) ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, besonders Excel
  • Organisationstalent und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Lust, mit anzupacken
