Für unser Team in Berlin-Pankow suchen wir eine Sachbearbeiterin oder einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. Sie organisieren unsere Kundenaufträge von der Erfassung über die Einsatzplanung bis zur Abrechnung und arbeiten dabei eng mit unseren Montageteams zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eingehende Aufträge erfassen, prüfen und pflegen

Aufträge, Termine und Mitarbeitereinsätze planen und disponieren

Die Auftragsabwicklung koordinieren und den Bearbeitungsstand im Blick behalten

Auftragsunterlagen für die Abrechnung zusammenstellen und Rechnungen erstellen

Termine und Rückfragen mit Kunden und unseren Teams abstimmen

Das bringen Sie mit

Organisationstalent und eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und ein freundliches Auftreten

Freude an kaufmännischen Abläufen und der Abstimmung mit Kunden und Kollegen

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in Sachbearbeitung, Disposition oder Auftragsabwicklung ist von Vorteil

Ihre Tätigkeit bei uns

Beschäftigung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit; die Arbeitszeit stimmen wir gemeinsam ab
