Als Sachbearbeiter für Wechselprozesse (m/w/d) startest du ab sofort durch!

## Deine Aufgaben sind wie folgt:

  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenservice
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung von Lieferantenwechseln (Strom & Gas)
  • Nachrichtenbearbeitung im Rahmen der Marktkommunikation
  • Kündigungen, Neuanmeldungen und Stammdatenpflege
  • Verwaltung von Versorgungsbeginn und -ende
  • Kommunikation mit Endkunden und Marktpartnern

## Dafür bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft
  • Kenntnisse in Marktkommunikation, Lieferantenwechsel und Datenaustauschprozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP IS-U, Wilken, Schleupen oder Powercloud
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Flexibel, zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert und effizient
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und proaktive Lernbereitschaft
