# Für den Standort in Frankfurt am Main wird ein engagierter Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Kundenservice und Vertragsmanagement gesucht. Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung der Geschäftspartner und Kunden und tragen dazu bei, die Qualität und Effizienz der Dienstleistungen auf einem hohen Niveau zu halten.

## Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Eigenständige telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Geschäftspartnern und Kunden
  • Beantwortung von Kunden- und Vermittlerfragen zu Verträgen und Produkten
  • Vollständige Bearbeitung von Vorgängen, einschließlich Nachtragserstellung
  • Berechnung von Angeboten
  • Durchführung von Vertragsänderungen aller Art
  • Bearbeitung von Drittrechten sowie Kündigungen und Vertragsabläufen
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben nach Bedarf

## Das gesuchte Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Lebensversicherung oder private Altersvorsorge mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Starke Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
