Das erwartet dich als Nachvorneschauer\*

Du bearbeitest und verwaltest eigenverantwortlich das Neu- und Bestandsgeschäft zu allen ROLAND-Rechtsschutz-Produkten im Standard- und Industriegeschäft über alle Kommunikationswege hinweg
Du führst selbstständig Vertragsverhandlungen mit Vertriebspartner:innen zu ROLAND-Rechtsschutz-Produkten
Du übernimmst Schnittstellentätigkeiten zum Team Marktbearbeitung AO
Du wirkst an der Verbesserung digitaler und automatisierter Prozesse mit
Du berätst und unterstützt den Vertrieb unserer Aktionäre und Partnergesellschaften sowie unsere ROLAND-Außendienstmitarbeitenden
Du arbeitest in Projekten mit

Das macht dich zum Nachvorneschauer

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise verfügst Du über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und/oder in der telefonischen Betreuung von Vermittler:innen
Du bringst idealerweise ROLAND-Produktkenntnisse mit
Du bist kommunikationsstark und überzeugst durch eine klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation
Du hast ein hohes technisches Interesse und bringst Verständnis für die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen mit
Du bist Kunden- und Partnerorientiert
Du zeichnest dich durch eine überdurchschnittliche Einsatzbereitschaft aus
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung
Du arbeitest selbstständig und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
