Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Innendienst

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung im Innendienst - Bereich Service
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Aufträgen
  • Administration und kaufmännische Backoffice-
  • Tätigkeiten
  • Bestellung von Montageprodukten bei festen
  • Lieferanten
  • Terminierung der Ablesetechniker bei den Mietern
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit Mietern, Lieferanten und
  • den eigenen Monteuren
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industrie-/Bürokaufleute) oder Studium (BWL, Management etc.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung im Innendienst wünschenswert
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Immobilien- und Wohnungswirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten persönlich und am Telefon
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
