Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Rezeptmanagement (Vollzeit)

*Verantwortungsvoll und vielseitig – Ihr Aufgabengebiet *

  • Bearbeitung von Patienten- und Kundenanfragen
  • Nachverfolgung von Rezepten, Kontakt zu Arztpraxen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen im Außendienst
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Korrespondenz

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Idealfall mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Gesundheitsbranche, Medizinische Fachangestellte, Pharmazeutisch-Kaufmännische Angestellte
  • Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
