Als innovatives Handels- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen vermarkten wir Produkte und Gesamtlösungen für die Bereiche Tanktechnik und Tankdatenmanagement, E-Mobilität, Parkraumbewirtschaftung und Zahlungsautomation mit Kassenautomaten.

Für unser bestehendes Team im technischen Innendienst suchen wir Unterstützung in Voll-/ bzw. Teilzeit (mind. 30 Std./Woche)

Aufgabenstellung:

  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Angeboten für technische Investitionsgüter, Ersatzteilen und Serviceleistungen
  • Stetige Abstimmung zwischen Innen- und Außendienstteam
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege vom Kundenstamm, sowie der Artikel im ERP-System
  • Komplette Abwicklung des Bestellprozesses
  • Überwachung des Zahlungseinganges
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rahmen einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • erste Berufserfahrung im vertrieblichen Umfeld
  • fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • technische Grundkenntnisse bzw. technisches Grundverständnis
