Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung zugeteilter Kunden
  • Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Materialeinkauf
  • Koordination und Abwicklung von externen Prozessschritten wie z.B. Oberflächenbearbeitungen etc.
  • Terminüberwachung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Kommissionierung, Versand und Fakturierung der Ware
  • Pflege der Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Genaue, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft und Eigenantrieb
