Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir genau Sie als: Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Kundenservice / Front- und Backline in Vollzeit ab sofort oder später.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und anderen komplexen Kundenanliegen
  • Betreuung, Ausführung und Optimierung täglicher Reportaufgaben und Prozesse
  • Verantwortung für aktive Informationen an Kunden über den gesamten Sendungsablauf
  • Fallbetreuung bis zur abschließenden Lösung
  • Mitgestalten an der strategischen Ausrichtung des Reklamationsprozess
  • Organisation von Kundenaktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zur/m Speditionskauffrau/-mann, alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Spedition
  • Gute Branchen- und Prozesskenntnisse
  • Englisch- sowie weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse: MS Office, SAP
  • Organisatorisches Geschick
