  • Einsatzort: Hamburg
  • Start: Ab sofort
  • Laufzeit: 6 Monate
  • Vertragsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ)

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Leistungsfällen in der klassischen Lebensversicherung
  • Prüfung von Auszahlungsvoraussetzungen
  • Schriftlicher/telefonischer Kontakt mit Versicherungsnehmern, Vertrieb & Dritten
  • Unterstützung der Service‑Abteilung Leben Klassik

Profil

  • Ausbildung Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder ähnlich
  • Kenntnisse Lebensversicherung & AVB von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung Leistungsbearbeitung oder Kundenservice wünschenswert
  • Serviceorientiert, belastbar, teamfähig
  • MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
