Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiger Industriedienstleister, der Unternehmen bei der Wartung, Instandhaltung und dem Betrieb von Produktions- und Gebäudetechnik unterstützt. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für den Standort Linda a. Bodensee einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Logistik.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassen, Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Fracht-, Warenbegleit- und Versandpapieren
  • Tägliche Pflege von Inventurlisten
  • Kunden- und Lieferantenkommunikation
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten (z.B. Schriftverkehr, Einkaufswesen, Annahme und Koordination von Terminen)

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Warenein- \& -ausgang von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gabelstaplerführerschein wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
