Die RLE Engineering Services GmbH sucht ab sofort für einen Kunden eine(n)

Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Logistik Export

  • Sie koordinieren und überwachen Export-Aufträge inklusive Terminverfolgung und Dokumentation
  • Die Touren- und Speditionsdisposition erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Sie kümmern sich um die fristgerechte Zollanmeldung und -abwicklung
  • Der Austausch mit Behörden, Kunden und Dienstleistern gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
  • Sie beauftragen Dienstleistungen und prüfen eingehende Rechnungen
  • Zudem organisieren Sie Lagerleistungen und Transporte für Kunden
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben runden Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld ab
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind vorhanden
  • Sie beherrschen MS Office sicher und haben Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System Navision
  • Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
