Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Logistik/ Leitstand

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Koordination von Warenausgängen für Kleinmengen- und Musterversendungen sowie Erstellung von Versanddokumenten für Kleinmengen, Muster und sonstige Sendungen unter Berücksichtigung der Verkehrsträger Straße, Luft und See
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Bestandsdaten in SAP sowie Aktualisierung relevanter Stammdaten sowie Bestandsführung von Muster- und Lagerbeständen inklusive Erfassung von Warenbewegungen, Inventuren, Bestandszählungen, etc.
  • Ermittlung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen zur Prozessoptimierung und aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der sicheren Lieferkette im Luftverkehr gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Transportaufträgen für den innerbetrieblichen Materialfluss sowie Stammdatenpflege von Materialien im Betriebssystem sowie Dokumentation und Erfassung von Fahrzeugbewegungen gemäß Yard-Management-Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Dokumentenerstellung für Waren- und Mustersendungen mit KEP-Dienstleistern und Speditionen (Abwicklung über PTM)
  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von Betriebsmitteln

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau , Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Gefahrgutschulung Luft Modul A (ehemals PK1) und Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung für sichere Luftfracht sowie Schulung gemäß 11.2.3.9 wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise , gepaart mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
