### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Exportsendungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Fracht- und Exportdokumenten
  • Zoll- und Exportabwicklung
  • Buchung bei Airlines
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Airlines und internationalen Partnern
  • Sendungsverfolgung und Terminüberwachung
  • Frachtraten kalkulieren und Angebote erstellen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen/Schäden
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen und Frachtkosten

### Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (w/m/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Tools
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
