  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortliche Durchführung des gesamten Office Managements
  • Koordination, Bestellung von IT-Equipment
  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von u.a. Arbeitskleidung
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung interner und externer Veranstaltungen
  • Terminorganisation und -koordination
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Listen sowie Präsentationen in PowerPoint
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität
