  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV und gängigen Systemen
  • Berufserfahrung im Paletten oder Lademittelmanagement von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung, Organisation und Überwachung sämtlicher Palettenbewegungen im Unternehmen
  • Kontrolle, Abstimmung und Dokumentation der Paletten und Lademittelbestände
  • Führung, Prüfung und Pflege von Lademittelkonten für Kunden und Frachtführer
  • Kontrolle, Erfassung und Archivierung von Palettenscheinen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Lagerung, Ausgabe und Rückführung von Paletten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Disposition sowie internen Fachabteilungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und Frachtführern zu Paletten und Lademitteltransaktionen
  • Einhaltung relevanter Fristen, Stichtage und interner Vorgaben
