Wir suchen Sie für unseren Bereich Kundenservice am Standort Mannheim.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Beantwortung und Bearbeitung aller persönlich vorgetragenen Kundenanfragen und Kundenreklamationen im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Umfassende und vertriebsorientierte Kundenberatung inkl. Cross- und Upselling-Maßnahmen
  • Systemseitige Dokumentation und Erfassung aller bearbeiteten Vorgänge
  • Im Bedarfsfall Unterstützung der telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenbetreuung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Dialogkaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der persönlichen Kundenbetreuung
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft wünschenswert
  • Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in SAP der Energiebranche von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes und sachorientiertes Auftreten
  • Flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten innerhalb unserer Servicezeiten
