Zur Verstärkung unseres Buchhaltungs-Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Persönlichkeit für die Prüfung und Bearbeitung unserer Warenrechnungen und Lieferscheine in Vollzeit.

Wichtig: Eine Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung ist für diese Stelle nicht erforderlich. Viel wichtiger sind uns ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicherer Umgang mit dem PC.

### Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Waren-Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen unserer Lieferanten und Hersteller
  • Abgleich von Lieferungen, Preisen, Konditionen und Rechnungen in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Klärung von Abweichungen und Unstimmigkeiten
  • Bearbeitung und Erfassung der dazugehörigen Belege und Daten
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten sowie unseren internen Abteilungen, insbesondere Einkauf und Lager
  • Unterstützung bei weiteren kaufmännischen und administrativen Aufgaben in der Buchhaltung

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Buchhalterische Grundkenntnisse sind hilfreich
  • Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und DATEV ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Unstimmigkeiten zu erkennen und Lösungen zu finden
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
