Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein renommiertes Unternehmen in Rastede, suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für Reklamationen in Rastede. Sie unterstützen in der Datenerfassung, beantworten Mails und das Telefon.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Reklamationen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen zur Klärung von Reklamationsfällen
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Reklamationsgründen
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
  • Überwachung der Reklamationsbearbeitungsprozesse

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufseinsteiger willkommen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
