Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen und internationalen Lieferungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versanddokumenten (z.B. Handelsrechnungen, Packlisten, Ursprungserzeugnisse, Ausfuhranmeldungen)
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Zollbehörden und internationalen Kunden
  • Prüfung und Einhaltung von Exportvorschriften, Zollbestimmungen und länderspezifischen Anforderungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sendungsverfolgung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Versanddaten im ERP-System
  • Bearbetiung von transport- und exportbezogenen Reklamationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Industriekauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versand, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Export
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Export- und Zollvorschriften sowie internationalen Versandprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Speditionen und Zollsystemen (z.B. ATLAS) von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
