Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im Verkauf suchen wir:

### Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftrags- und Angebotsbearbeitung sowie Pflege von Kundendaten im ERP-System.
  • Betreuung und Beratung von in- und ausländischen Kunden.
  • Akquise von Neukunden.
  • Mitarbeit und Durchführung von Kampagnen.
  • Kommunikation mit GL, Vertriebsleitung und Vertriebsaußendienst.
  • Durchführung von kaufmännischen Projekten und Auswertungen
  • Eigenständige Kalkulation von Produkten.
  • Angebotserstellung auch mit Projektumfang, sowie deren Nachverfolgung.
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Messen gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsleitung.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsleitung.
  • Fachlich- und disziplinarisch unterstellt der Leitung Vertriebsinnendienst.

Ihr Profil umfasst:

  • mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von technischen Produkten, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss
  • ausgeprägte Team-Fähigkeit, hohes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und Flexibilität
  • gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, ERP-System und CRM-Software
