Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir Dich als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst. Bei Hofmann Personal stehen Menschen im Mittelpunkt. Seit 40 Jahren am Markt verbinden wir Unternehmen mit qualifizierten Fachkräften.

Unser Kundenunternehmen recycelt Kunststoffe und stärkt die Kreislaufwirtschaft. Dich erwartet ein dynamisches Team mit Prozessoptimierung und mobilem Arbeiten nach Einarbeitung und Abstimmung.

Deine Aufgaben als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst:

  • Kundenkontakte pflegen, Außendienst und Head of Sales unterstützen; Kundenanfragen per E-Mail prüfen, in SAP erfassen und Angebote erstellen
  • Aufträge annehmen, bearbeiten und bestätigen; Liefersituation sowie Liefertermine abstimmen und überwachen
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung und Versand koordinieren; Aufträge bis zum Abschluss verfolgen
  • Lagerbestände dokumentieren; Reklamationen aufnehmen, intern klären und Kunden informieren
  • Serviceaufträge und Fakturierung in SAP verfolgen; Stammdaten pflegen

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP/ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Organisationstalent, Kundenorientierung und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an Schnittstellenarbeit
