Deine Aufgaben als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Wareneingang

  • Planung und Organisation der Wareneingänge
  • Abwicklung und Buchung von Wareneingängen
  • Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Bearbeitung und Pflege von Daten im Warenwirtschaftssystem (AMS)
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Vorgängen rund um den Wareneingang
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Datenpflege

Dein Profil als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Wareneingang am Einsatzort Bonn

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Wareneingang
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Zahlenaffinität und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sauberes Führungszeugnis
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Bereichen
