Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Zoll Import/Export

WOFÜR SIE BEI UNS ZUSTÄNDIG SIND:

Selbstständige Abwicklung von Zollverfahren im Bereich Einfuhr und Ausfuhr

Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie für die zuständige Zollverwaltung

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller zollrechtlichen Vorschriften

Organisation und Überwachung des zeitgerechten Dokumenten- und Informationsflusses

Kontinuierliche Umsetzung bestehender Abläufe sowie beschlossener Prozessänderungen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenkontakten

Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten

DAS SIND IHRE MACHER-QUALITÄTEN:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Außenhandel (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Zollbereich

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollrecht (Einfuhr-/Ausfuhrverfahren)

Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT- und Zollsystemen
