Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung durch InovaHR e.K. suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Zollabfertigung zur Festanstellung bei einem etablierten Produktionsunternehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Organisation und Abwicklung von Importsendungen unter Beachtung aller zollrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Prüfung und Pflege zollrelevanter Unterlagen sowie Erfassung und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Zollvorgängen in der entsprechenden Software
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und fristgerechten Abwicklung sämtlicher Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Einkauf, Lagerlogistik) sowie externen Partnern wie Lieferanten, Zollbehörden und Dienstleistern

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Kenntnisse im Zollwesen bzw. in der Verzollung sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
