Das erwartet dich:

  • Du kümmerst dich zuverlässig um eingehende Kundenanfragen und Monitorings
  • Ob am Telefon, per E-Mail oder persönlich - du hast stets ein offenes Ohr, beantwortest Anliegen freundlich und professionell und koordinierst alle notwendigen Abstimmungen sowohl intern als auch extern
  • Du bist fachlicher Ansprechpartner - Anfragen von Kollegen, Kunden, Marktpartnern und Dienstleistern beantwortest du kompetent und zuverlässig
  • In einem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet bist du kritisch, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Selbstorganisation
  • Freude an neuen Aufgaben mit Projektcharakter, am selbständigen Arbeiten und an Wissensvermittlung
  • Prozessverständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Mitarbeit und Umsetzung von Projekten
