## 3 Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Nachlass / Bank

  • Einsatzort: Frankfurt am Main
  • Branche: Bankwesen
  • Befristung: 3 Monate (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
  • Arbeitsmodell: Präsenzphase zur Einarbeitung, anschließend 2–3 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche
  • Start: Anfang Juli

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Nachlassfällen von Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Prüfung von Erbnachweisen (z. B. Erbscheine, Testamente, notarielle Urkunden)
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Erben, Bevollmächtigten, Nachlassgerichten, Notaren und Rechtsanwälten
  • Auflösung, Umschreibung und Übertragung von Konten und Depots
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Schreiben sowie vollständige Dokumentation der Vorgänge
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und interner bankfachlicher Vorgaben

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r , Notarfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare kaufmännisch‑juristische Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Nachlass / Erbrecht / juristische Sachbearbeitung
  • Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
