IHRE AUFGABE:

  • Erstellung von Rechnungen
  • Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Störungen und Ausfälle im Bereich Service
  • Datenerfassung und -pflege eigenverantwortlich und sorgfältig durchführen
  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
  • Technischer Support via Telefon
  • Einkauf Ersatzteile / Verbrauchsmaterial
  • Unterstützung des Operations Manager und unsere Techniker
  • Disposition unserer Service Techniker und Servicepartner
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Beauftragung und Überwachung von Transporten
  • Terminverfolgung und -koordination

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Organisationstalent
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Gute Ausdrucksweise in der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift,
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • technischer Sachverstand
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Klimatechnik von Vorteil nicht Bedingung
