  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Abrechnungsvorbereitende Tätigkeiten: Stamm- und Bewegungsdatenpflege in SAP, Erfassung und Kontrolle der Zeitdaten im Zeiterfassungssystem
  • Kontrolle der variablen Gehaltsbestandteile
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Bearbeitung der Reisekostenabrechnungen nach den aktuellen rechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner* für alle Mitarbeitenden in Fragen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Mitarbeit in personalwirtschaftlichen operativen und administrativen Aufgabenstellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Personalgewinnung und -betreuung
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten
  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise eine Fach- oder Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Personal (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalbereich oder in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Tarifrecht
  • MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige sowie strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
