Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Fehlersammelkarten (FSK) je Auftrag
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten, Tages- und Abschlussreports – kundengerecht und termingerecht
  • Aufbereitung von Prüfergebnissen für Kunden und interne Stellen
  • Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung von Rückmeldungen aus internen und externen Prüfteams
  • Zusammenstellung von Nachweisen, Fotos, Mengen und Prüfdaten
  • Vorbereitung von Lieferscheinen und auftragsbezogenen Abschlussunterlagen
  • Übergabe abgeschlossener Aufträge an Rechnungswesen / Abrechnung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer strukturierten Dokumentation je Kundenanforderung

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in Dokumentation, Reporting, Sachbearbeitung oder Qualitätsprüfung, idealerweise im Dienstleistungssektor
  • Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise – auch bei hohem Auftragsvolumen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Fähigkeit, Informationen aus verschiedenen Quellen vollständig und korrekt zusammenzuführen
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und ausgeprägter Sinn für Vollständigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Tagesgeschäft
  • Kommunikationssicherheit im Kontakt mit Prüfteams, Unternehmensleitung und Verwaltung
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsdienstleistungsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit werden in diesem Umfeld vorausgesetzt
