  • Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Gesellschaften und Standorte in das bestehende Integrierte Managementsystem
  • Interner Auditor - Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von internen System innerhalb der Business Unit Direct Fire
  • (Fokus auf ISO 9001, AQAP 2110 - Erfahrung mit ISO 45001, ISO 14001 und ISO 50001)
  • Vorbereitung, Planung, Begleitung und Nachverfolgung der externen IMS-Audits
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Standardisierung der Prozesse und Dokumente innerhalb der Dokumentenlenkungssoftware ConSense (Prozessmanager)
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zum IMS, Prozessmanagement, Audits, QM Methoden & Tools, usw.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Prozesseignern (m/w/d) bei der Erfüllung von Normanforderungen sowie bei der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen und zugehörigen Dokumenten
  • Abgeschlossene wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder Studium, z.B. zum Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen in einer Dokumentenlenkungssoftware (z.B. ConSense) wünschenswert
  • Gute praktische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagementsystem und deren Umsetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Moderationsfähigkeiten mit kompromissbereiten und angemessenen Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft im europäischen Raum
