Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung der Übernahmevoraussetzung, insbesondere der Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträge
  • Erstellung von Abwicklungskonzepten mit Beschlussfassung
  • Kündigung des Gesamtengagements, der Geschäftsbeziehung
  • Regelmäßige Überwachung von beschlossenen Maßnahmen
  • Begleitung von Insolvenzverfahren
  • Beteiligung an Gläubigerversammlungen, -ausschüssen, -pools
  • Bearbeitung von Mahn- und Beitreibungswesen, Zwangsversteigerungs- und
  • -verwaltungsangelegenheiten sowie Kontopfändungen
  • Verhandlungsführung mit Kunden, Rechtsanwälten, Kreditinstituten und Behörden, um Vergleiche auszuhandeln, beschließen zu lassen und umzusetzen
  • EWB-Bearbeitung sowie quartalsmäßige Bestandsfortschreibung der EWB, Abschreibungen und Forderungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Ihre Voraussetzungen

  • Bankbetriebswirt, Bankfachwirt mit Perspektive zum Bankbetriebswirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Juristische Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
