  • Organisation, Koordination und Abwicklung internationaler Seefrachtsendungen
  • Erstellung von Speditionsaufträgen, Frachtbriefen sowie Versand- und Zolldokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Logistikdienstleistern und Speditionen
  • Überwachung termingerechter Ersatzteillieferungen im internationalen Versand
  • Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Optimierung logistischer Versandprozesse
  • Pflege transportrelevanter Daten in Transportmanagement- und ERP-Systemen
  • Profil:
  • Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Spedition, Transportmanagement, Export oder Logistik
  • Kenntnisse im Gefahrgutbereich Seefracht nach IMDG, ADR sowie in Seefrachtabwicklung, Versanddokumentation und internationaler Logistik
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Transportmanagement- und ERP-Systemen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
