Sachbearbeiter Seefracht Import (m/w/d)

Hier kommst du ins Spiel:

  • Koordination von Seefrachtimporten und Planung effizienter Transportwege
  • Zollabwicklung und Dokumentenmanagement für internationale Sendungen
  • Verhandlung mit Reedereien und Dienstleistern zur Kostenoptimierung
  • Überwachung des Transportfortschritts und Lösung auftretender Probleme
  • Kundenbetreuung und regelmäßige Kommunikation über den Sendungsstatus
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Transportdokumenten

Dein Profil:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Seefrachtimport und Zollabwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen INCOTERMS, Export- und Importvorgänge sowie Zollrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Speditionssoftware und gängigen Zollabwicklungssystemen (z. B. ATLAS)
  • Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit Reedereien und Dienstleistern
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
