Wir suchen zur Einstellung ab sofort für unseren Wurst- und Fleischmarkt in Schönbrunn einen Sachbearbeiter / Sekretär / Buchhalter (m/w/d) in TZ 20h/Wo.

Ihre Arbeitszeiten liegen zwischen 8.00 – 15.00 Uhr.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bestellannahme
  • Verarbeitung und Verbuchung des Posteingangs
  • Abwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltung, inklusive elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Verantwortung Liquiditätsdisposition
  • Kontinuierliche Überarbeitung und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse im Team
  • Kenntnisse/Fähigkeiten:
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Buchhaltungskenntnisse erforderlich
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Spaß und Interesse am Umgang mit der IT
  • Eigeninitiative, sowie Team- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit selbstständiges Arbeiten
