Sie betreuen unsere Kunden in der laufenden Abwicklung, von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Rechnungsstellung. Wir sind eine inhabergeführte Spedition in Bremerhaven mit zwei eigenen Hallen, Schwerpunkt Containerumschlag, Lagerung und Zollabwicklung für Importe aus Übersee.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsannahme und Abwicklung von Container-, Lager- und Zollaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten auf Basis unserer Preislisten
  • Erfassung und Pflege der Aufträge in unserem Lagerverwaltungssystem
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Reedereien und Überseepartnern
  • Terminverfolgung und Abstimmung mit Lager und Disposition
  • Prüfung der Eingangsrechnungen und Vorbereitung der Fakturierung

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Kaufmann oder Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Kenntnisse im Seefracht-Import, im Containerhandling oder in der Lagerlogistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und speditionellen Systemen
  • Gutes Englisch für die Kommunikation mit Überseepartnern
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
