Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Sachbearbeiter/Spezialist für die Versandabwicklung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung aller Versanddokumente unter Beachtung der exportrechtlichen und zolltariflichen Bestimmungen
  • Durchführung der gesamten Import- und Exportprozesse
  • Terminüberwachung
  • Rechnungskontrolle
  • Einholen und Auswerten von Transportangeboten
  • Prüfung der Ausfuhr-/Verbringungsgenehmigungen
  • Disposition und Beauftragung von Landverkehr, See- und Luftfracht

Ihr Profil:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Industrie
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sichere EDV-/ERP-Kenntnisse, wünschenswert SAP und MS Office
  • Koordination von Versandterminen mit den einzelnen Abteilungen
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung anderer Bereiche
  • Sonderaufgabe: Zoll- und Exportkontrollbeauftragter

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Versandbereich und im Import-/Exportgeschäft
  • Kenntnisse in ATLAS und Exportkontrollrecht
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
