  • Analyse der vorhandenen und absehbaren Bedarfe sowie der bestehenden Systemlandschaft und deren Schnittstellen in den Domänen CAD, FEM, CAM, PDM und ERP
  • Entwicklung einer langfristigen Vision sowie einer Strategie zur Erreichung von Zielen und Meilensteinen
  • Koordination der Umsetzung von Teilschritten gemäß Ihrer Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten aus den Domänen und externen Beratern
  • Betreuung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft und Ihrer Schnittstellen
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung in den Domänen CAD, FEM, CAM, PDM und ERP
  • Agiles Mindset mit der Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte auf verschiedenen "Flughöhen" und entlang einer Zeitachse einzuordnen
  • Sicheres Auftreten bei der Moderation von Workshops zur Anforderungsermittlung oder Lösungsfindung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und fachfremde Entscheider mit klaren Präsentationen zu überzeugen
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität: Gewachsene Strukturen, Verzögerungen und kritisches Hinterfragen schrecken Sie nicht ab
