Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter Technische Klärung Mechatronik (m/w/d) Maschinenbau.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Klärung elektrischer und mechanischer Ersatzteilanfragen mit Hilfe technischer Unterlagen
  • Ermittlung und Pflege von SAP-Identnummern und Materialstammdaten
  • Bearbeitung technischer Tickets und SAP-Reports zur Sicherstellung der Stammdatenqualität
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Einheiten zur Klärung technischer Rückfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Serviceorganisation zur Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilversorgung
  • Anlage und Pflege von Stücklisten sowie Dokumentation gemäß außenwirtschaftlicher Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung im Obsolescence Management und Vertretung der Serviceinteressen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word und Excel (z. B. große Tabellen, Verweis-Funktionen)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der SAP-Module MM, PLM, SD
  • Fähigkeit, Schaltpläne und technische Zeichnungen zu lesen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Informationsbeschaffungskompetenz
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Obsolescence Management
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit internationalen Serviceorganisationen
