# Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Abwicklung von Anfragen und Bestellungen, sowie die Überwachung der Liefertermine
  • Nachverfolgung der Bestellvorgänge
  • Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Stammdatenpflege in unserem ERP-System
  • Beschaffung von Material und Reparaturen, sowie technologischen und kapazitiven Fremddienstleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
  • Prüfung der Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung der preisoptimalen Warenversorgung und -bestände
  • Erkennen von Versorgungsengpässen und Erarbeiten von Lösungen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung bei Fragen unserer Auszubildenden und Praktikanten

# Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Erfahrung oder technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen technischen Einkauf
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau und/oder Elektrotechnik wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Kommunikation und Organisation
  • Hochmotivierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Proaktives und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
  • Spaß an der Ausbildung unserer Nachwuchstalente
