Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und administrative Abwicklung von Warenein- und Warenausgängen
  • Betreuung und Abfertigung von Fahrern, Lieferanten und Speditionen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Anlieferungen und Abholungen in unseren IT- und Warehouse-Management-Systemen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Transport- und Versanddokumenten
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Zollanlieferungen, Schäden und Abweichungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen, Fahrern und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Waren- und Verkehrssteuerung

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Logistik, Spedition oder Lagerwirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Warehouse-Management-Systemen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Englisch, sind von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
