Sachbearbeiter Unfallmanagement•Unterstützung unserer Unfallmanager / Serviceberater Unfall in der gesamten Schadenabwicklung•Anlage und Pflege der Schadenakten sowie Prüfung der Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit•Schriftverkehr mit Versicherungen, Sachverständigen und Rechtsanwälten•Terminkoordination für Gutachter, Reparatur sowie Ersatz- und Mietfahrzeuge•Telefonische Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Auskünfte zum Stand ihres Schadenfalls•Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in unseren Systemen•Vorbereitung der Abrechnung und Nachverfolgung offener Zahlungen von Versicherungen•Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Verwaltung – Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen•Eine präzise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Fristen und vollständige Unterlagen•Teamgeist und Freude daran, Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen den Rücken freizuhalten•Einen freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Umgang mit Kunden – auch am Telefon und wenn es mal stressig wird•Erfahrung in der Schadenabwicklung, im Autohaus oder bei einer Versicherung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Wir arbeiten Sie gründlich ein – an der Seite unserer erfahrenen Unfallmanager
