  • Planung, Organisation und Verwaltung von Aufgaben im Sinne der organisatorischen und personellen Sicherheit
  • Beratung von Fachbereichen und Projekten in Angelegenheiten der personellen Sicherheit
  • Unterstützung des Sicherheitsverantwortlichen vor Ort
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung des Ausweiswesens
  • Bearbeiten der Entwicklung und Einführung von unternehmensweit gültigen Konzepten und Richtlinien
  • Mitarbeit in der Dokumentenverwaltung und bearbeiten von Datenbanken.
  • Mitarbeit bei Awareness-Kampagnen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung kaufmännische Ausbildung / Verwaltungsausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld sind wünschenswert.
  • Branchenkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich öffentlicher Sicherheit von Vorteil
  • Detaillierte MS-Office Kenntnisse und erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
